Provide the space for participants to experience abiding peace, stillness and presence pointing to the reality of one's wholeness, goodness and completeness right now.
(There is nothing to do, accomplish or become, as we welcome what is unfolding in this moment experiencing our whole, complete selves).
Link this experience with somatic Yogic practices to further point to the reality of one's inherent connection to another.
Direct the group's attention to inherent reality.
